If you have a minimum ten years experience in commercial, light industrial, residential or civil construction contracting, and are specialized in estimating, supervision and/or Project Management; you qualify to instruct Gold Seal Certified Construction Courses.

The qualified instructor:

• Must have at least ten years experience in North America as a construction estimator, construction site supervisor, superintendent, project manager, and/or general contractor

• Must be familiar with construction materials, specifications, plans, contracts and scheduling

• Is able to communicate fluently in the English language and speaks clearly

• Is willing to dedicate at lease five hours per week planning and training individuals at the community college and or construction association level, either one evening per week or half day Saturday

• Able to travel up to 1/2 hour to teaching facility

• Wants to work with groups of people with diverse backgrounds and experience

• Is eager to share knowledge and develop techniques for effective training
